The SA no longer allows clubs to utilize EventBrite for ticketing. This was decided based on:
- LBS pays for an EventsCase license which provides much lower transaction fees
- EventsCase work well for external non-LBS facing users
- EventBrite posed multiple reconciliation challenges for the treasury teams in past year
Please reach out to SAFinance@london.edu early if you plan to use EventsCase so we can ensure the money is allocated promptly to your club.
Income must never be collected outside of the SA Finance bank account as this is a breach of controls.
