Deposits collection (refunding tickets after an event) or mass refunds are not authorised since our current payment systems can not process refunds easily. The only valid reason to process a mass refund of an event is due to cancelations.
If you need to process a mass refund, please reach out to safinance@london.edu before promising the funds back to the attendees and explain your situation.
